How to Become the Kindest “Occupier” in History — and Still Expect a Thank You

When you hear the word “occupation,” you probably imagine soldiers, checkpoints, barbed wire, and military patrols on every corner.
But this “occupation”? It’s less “dictatorship” and more “VIP customer service” — with the invoice sent straight to Israel’s Home Front Command.

What They’re Selling Us

“Occupation is theft, oppression, discrimination.”
“The occupier is corrupt, cruel, and dictatorial.”
“The oppressed people are innocent victims of everything wrong in the world.”

Sound familiar? Of course it does — because it’s what we’re fed every single day.

But there are a few little details that turn the whole picture upside down:

The Most Generous Occupier on Earth

We supply water to those who turn it into weapons.
We provide electricity, infrastructure, and medical care — even to those trying to kill us.
We absorb terror attacks — and sometimes even offer aid packages to the terrorists’ families.

When Jewish settlers build without a permit, it’s a “crime.”
When Arab villages do the same, it’s “a demand for dignity.”

In short: this is an occupation with the face of a sweet grandma — baking cookies for her sworn enemies.

The Occupation That Keeps the Lights On

Without Israel’s army, infrastructure, and logistics, the whole system would collapse overnight.
Suddenly, all those “occupation” slogans start to sound like complaints from a tenant who forgot to pay his electric bill.

And here’s the funny part:
When the “occupier” not only guards but also runs the water, internet, and power — who’s really in charge here?

Has Anyone Even Asked the “Occupied” What They Want?

Of course not. Because in theory, an occupier is supposed to dominate and suppress.
But in this case? The occupier finds himself acting as host, security guard, and utilities manager — all at once.

It’s confusing: on one hand, they hate us for existing; on the other, they rely on us for survival.

And What About Solutions?

Anyone who talks about real solutions — two states, security for Israel, dignity for both sides — is instantly branded a “hardline occupier.”
But those who propose erasing borders, giving citizenship to everyone, and opening the gates wide — they’re suddenly “compassionate” and “enlightened.”

So why is “the occupation” being sold to us as the problem?

Because there’s a global industry built on rewriting the story — turning the most moral, self-restrained nation on earth into the ultimate villain.
It’s not about justice; it’s about flipping the narrative, erasing history, and making the people who just want to live look like monsters.

What’s Left for Us

To remember that our so-called “occupation” isn’t just about power — it’s also about responsibility.
To stop apologizing for surviving.
And to understand that in a world gone mad, the one who provides water and electricity to his enemy isn’t necessarily “evil” —
sometimes he’s just the only adult left in the room.
